(If you are walking or riding on float, you will not be able to park here – you will need to park in the Post Office parking lot, on Traffic Way and walk to Bank of America – for those who are handicapp and need to park close, we are trying to make arrangements for you to park – please call our Mission Update # for the details. 805.242.0536)
TIME TO MEET: 4:00 P.M. sharp please – Parade Briefing at 4:20 p.m.(Parades starts at 5 sharp)
RIDERS: We can only have 10 – 15 riders . . . please email ASAP to let me know you can ride in our group. I have to let the Parade officials know the rider count.
FLOAT: Need to know who needs to ride on the float – this is limited seating so please email me.
WHAT TO WEAR: Holiday colors if you want OR your WHMH shirt. This is an evening parade so feel free to wear accessories that light up. Bring bells to ring if you want and wear your Santa hat.
WALKERS: NEED the following positions filled . . .
2 – Carry American Flag on Pole
4 – WHMH Banner
12 – Flags – this needs to be adults, they are large flags
12 – Posters – this is great for teens/kids
PARADE ENDS: On Short Street . . . we will take folks back to Post Office, if we can, on the trailer.
