A local church is helping a Santa Maria man celebrate his 100th birthday.
Clark Bushnell’s friends at the Pacific Christian Church in Santa Maria celebrated the big day by holding a drive-by birthday parade for him.
Clark, a Navy veteran, says his church has played a huge role in his life.
“I’ve had a lot of close calls in my life and I think each time: God’s not through with me yet. So we got more to do!,” Bushnell said.
Bushnell says even though these are uncertain times, he hopes this pandemic can help bring the world together.
