Welcome Home

It was a beautiful Red, White, and Blue over looking the Pacific Ocean. Welcome Home Military Heroes welcomed 18 Wounded Veterans to Pismo Beach. All these Veterans are flying in for AmpSurf annual event. During the next few days, these Veterans will learn how to surf. The picture is worth 1000 words. After being gone for nearly a year, a local United States Airman returned home to his family. “It was such a touching welcome home” one WHMH member said after the event. The Airman was greeted by his kids, wife and WHMH mascot!

Santa Barbara, CA: We are so happy to welcome home Senior Airman Griffin. He was gone for almost a year from serving our great country in the Middle East. He was greeted  by WHMH, Patriots and his family and friends! He was apart of the 30 Force Support Squadron at Vandenberg AFB.
