CONCERT INFORMATION:
DATE: 8th September, 2019
TIME: Concert starts at 1:00 p.m. *Arrive early to get a good parking spot and place on the lawn
LOCATION: Rotary Bandstand in Heritage Square Park ~ Arroyo Grande
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
Welcome Home Military Heroes is the chosen beneficiary this day and we need some volunteers to help us, pretty please:
* SETUP (11:30 am to 12:30ish) = Need 2 folks (strong – need to unload, setup booth and tables for us)
* BOOTH HELP (12:30 to 3:30 pm) = (need 2-3 folks to help at booth, sell tshirts, answer questions about welcome home)
* RAFFLE SALES: (12:30 – 3:00 PM) = need four folks to help sell raffle tickets to the crowd
* TEAR DOWN (3:15 – 3:45 pm) = 2 strong folks to help tear down and load truck for me.
