STAGING TIME: 10:30 pm

DRIVER BRIEFING: If you wish, you may watch the driver briefing on Friday evening on our Patriots of Welcome Home Military Heroes OR we will provide a briefing @ 10:45 am on Saturday. Due to the COVID situation, we are asking you to stay near your vehicle for briefing and we will use our bull horn, so that drivers can hear.

STAGE/MEETING PLACE: Arroyo Grande High School

1. MEET – STAGING AREA: Meet at above Stage/Meeting Area

2. PARKING: Please “BACK IN” to the parking spaces or use spaces that you can drive out forward.

3. REMAIN: In your vehicles, as we are practicing social distancing. If you exit to stretch your legs, please remain near your vehicle.

4. DRIVER BRIEFING: You must attend the briefing to be part of this event.

5. LINE-UP for Departure: During Briefing, the line-up of vehicles will be discussed

6. HEADLIGHTS/HAZARD LIGHTS:** Please turn them on when we line up to exit the staging area. DRIVE SLOW.

6. EXITING PARKING LOT: Follow all traffic laws.

7. PICTURES/VIDEO: Please tag: Welcome Home Military Heroes or use the following hashtags. #WHMH #WELCOMEHOMEMILITARYHEROES

8. Masks: Out of courtesy to our fellow patriots, please wear a mask if you are exiting your vehicle.

9. CARD/GIFT: If you have a card/gift for our Veteran, please give to Cheryl, Robert Jr., or Robert Sr and we will present to the family of the Veteran on your behalf.

10. WANT TO REMAIN IN YOUR CAR? If you wish to remain in your car during the briefing, a hard copy of briefing information will be given to you upon request.

DECORATE YOUR VEHICLES: You may decorate if you want.
