DATE: Saturday, 3 October 2020
LOCATION: Paso Robles
TIME: ARRIVE at Staging Location by 2:00 pm

STAGING LOCATION: Veterans Memorial Building, 240 Scott Street, Paso Robles – Look for Welcome Home trucks with flags. We will be coming from another Vehicle Salute in Pismo Beach, so please wait for us in case we are a few minutes behind.

BRIEFING: 2:15 PM (You must attend briefing)

DETAILS/SAFETY MEASURES

1. STAGING AREA: Meet at above Stage/Meeting Area
2. REMAIN: In your vehicles, as we are practicing social distancing. If you exit to stretch your legs, please remain near your vehicle and wear your mask.
3. BRIEFING: You must attend the briefing to be part of this event.
4. DEPARTURE: After the briefing, we will line up the caravan/convoy in order and depart.
5. HEADLIGHTS/HAZARD LIGHTS:**** Please turn them on when we line up to exit the staging area. DRIVE SLOW.
6. EXITING PARKING LOT: Follow all traffic laws.
7. Birthday cards will need to be given to Robert Sr, Robert Jr, OR Cheryl. For safety reasons, we will present them on your behalf.
8. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FLAGS: Welcome Home Military Heroes is a veteran non-profit organization. To remain in good standing with our non-profit status, we cannot fly political flags of any kind. Thank you for understanding!
DECORATE YOUR VEHICLES: You may decorate if you want.
