Oakley Park on North Western, off of West Donovan. It is just south of Oakley Elementary // PLEASE BACK INTO PARKING SPOTS<-

BRIEFING:12:20 pm (You must attend briefing)

DETAILS/SAFETY MEASURES

1. STAGING AREA: Meet at above Stage/Meeting Area
2. REMAIN: Near your vehicles, as we are practicing social distancing. If you exit to stretch your legs, please remain near your vehicle and wear your mask. Please REMAIN 6 ft apart too.
3. BRIEFING: You must attend the briefing to be part of this event. We will be changing our protocol for the Drive-by, so you must attend the briefing.
4. DEPARTURE: After the briefing, we will line up the caravan/convoy in order and depart.
5. HEADLIGHTS/HAZARD LIGHTS:**** Please turn them on when we line up to exit the staging area. DRIVE SLOW.
6. EXITING PARKING LOT: Follow all traffic laws.
7. Birthday cards will need to be given to our Mail Call Lady, Julie, or Madeline. For safety reasons, we will present them on your behalf.
8. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FLAGS: Welcome Home Military Heroes is a veteran non-profit organization. To remain in good standing with our non-profit status, we cannot fly political flags of any kind. You may fly Birthday Flags or Military Branch of Service Flags. Thank you for understanding!
