Bruce Hulin, Vietnam Veteran
Welcome Home Military Heroes have been invited to have a Flag Line to Honor, Bruce Hulin (Army Veteran) and his family.
Mr. Hulin, 69, passed away on March 20, 2018.
Bruce is survived by his wife of 46 years, Shirley; daughter, Jennifer (Randy); son, Eric (Sierra); four grandchildren; brothers: Jim and Jon; sister Donna; and nieces and nephews. Bruce was born in Spokane, WA, to Morris and Virginia Hulin.
After serving in Vietnam, Bruce met his love, Shirley, and they married in 1971. Bruce and Shirley raised their children in Los Osos before moving to San Luis Obispo in 2003. Bruce loved fishing, camping, golf, gardening, bird watching, and tracking the weather. He was the ultimate handyman and a barbeque master. Bruce was devoted to his family and loved spending time with his grandkids; he will be greatly missed.
He loved his service dog, Nichols, who was trained and donated to Bruce by New Life K9’s.
