TIME: Arrive at the staging location 12:30 pm
STAGING LOCATION:Parking lot of Soto Sports Complex, Ash Street, Arroyo Grande.
PLEASE BACK INTO PARKING SPOTS

PLEASE BRING a “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” card for Mail Call.
FYI:
Please “BACK IN” to the parking spaces or pull forward in space so you can just pull out when we leave.

STAGING AREA: Meet at the above Stage/Meeting Area
|

2.

BRIEFING: You must attend the briefing to be part of this event.
|
|
3.
|
DEPARTURE: After the briefing, we will line up the caravan/convoy in order and depart.
|
|
4.
|
HEADLIGHTS/HAZARD LIGHTS:**** Please turn them on when we line up to exit the staging area. DRIVE SLOW.
|
|
5.
|
EXITING PARKING LOT: Follow all traffic laws.
|
|
6.
|
CARDS will need to be given to our Mail Call Lady.
|
|

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FLAGS: Welcome Home Military Heroes is a veteran non-profit organization. To remain in good standing with our non-profit status, we cannot fly political flags of any kind. You may fly Birthday Flags or Military Branch of Service Flags. Thank you for understanding!
