Our Hero served in the US Army from 1939-1942.

Mr. Barba has lived through the Spanish flu, Depression and now Covid!

DATE: SUNDAY, 24 OCTOBER
STAGING LOCATION: ARROYO GRANDE HIGH SCHOOL, ARROYO GRANDE // BACK IN TO YOUR PARKING SPACE
TIME: ARRIVE at Staging Location NO LATER than 12:15 pm

This will be a huge event, so we are asking folks to arrive early, so we have sufficient time to brief on the mission.

Please “BACK IN” to the parking spaces or pull forward in space to you can just pull out when we leave.
DETAILS/SAFETY MEASURES

1. STAGING AREA: Meet at above Stage/Meeting Area
2. BRIEFING: You must attend the briefing to be part of this event.
3. DEPARTURE: After the briefing, we will line up the caravan/convoy in order and depart.
4. HEADLIGHTS/HAZARD LIGHTS:**** Please turn them on when we line up to exit the staging area. DRIVE SLOW.
5. EXITING PARKING LOT: Follow all traffic laws.
6. BIRTHDAY CARDS will need to be given to our Mail Call Lady. For safety reasons, we will present them on your behalf.
7. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FLAGS: Welcome Home Military Heroes is a veteran non-profit organization. To remain in good standing with our non-profit status, we cannot fly political flags of any kind. You may fly Birthday Flags or Military Branch of Service Flags. Thank you for understanding!
DECORATE YOUR VEHICLES: You may decorate if you want.
