LOCATION: Santa Barbara
TIME: ARRIVE at Staging Location NO LATER than 11:45 am

STAGING LOCATION:La Cumbre Jr High School, 850 Portesuello Ave, Santa Barbara, (We will be in parking lot on Portesuello Avenue – Look for Welcome Home trucks with flags.
BRIEFING: 12:15 pm (You must attend briefing)

1. STAGING AREA: Meet at above Stage/Meeting Area
2. REMAIN: In your vehicles, as we are practicing social distancing. If you exit to stretch your legs, please remain near your vehicle.
3. BRIEFING: You must attend the briefing to be part of this event.
4. DEPARTURE: After the briefing, we will line up the caravan/convoy in order and depart.
5. HEADLIGHTS/HAZARD LIGHTS:**** Please turn them on when we line up to exit the staging area. DRIVE SLOW.
6. EXITING PARKING LOT: Follow all traffic laws.
7. BIRTHDAY CARDS will need to be given to Robert Sr, Robert Jr, OR Cheryl. For safety reasons & COVID procedures, we will present it on your behalf.
8. DECORATE YOUR VEHICLES: You may decorate if you want. We do kindly request the only flags that you fly, are American Flags, Branch of Service Flags, or Birthday flags. We are a Veteran/Military Organization (not political). Thank you!
